WhatsApp Voice Message Transcription Now Available on Android

WhatsApp is introducing voice message transcriptions in its Android beta app. This feature, available in WhatsApp Beta version 2.24.15.5 for Android, will transcribe your voice messages. iOS users received this feature last May.
Currently, WhatsApp’s voice message transcriptions support English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, and Hindi, with more languages to be added soon. Users who choose to enable this feature will need to download an additional data package to ensure all transcripts are generated on-device.
